How much does landscaping cost in Auckland?
It depends heavily on scope. A garden tidy-up or simple lawn renovation might be $500 to $2,000. A full courtyard design and build with paving, planting, and a retaining wall typically ranges from $15,000 to $60,000 or more depending on materials, site access, and complexity. We are always happy to give you a free, itemised quote so you have a real number rather than a guess.
Which suburbs do you work in?
We are based in Remuera and work across central Auckland including Parnell, Newmarket, Epsom, Greenlane, St Heliers, Mission Bay, Kohimarama, Meadowbank, Mount Eden, and Grafton. If you are just outside this area, contact us and we will let you know whether we can help.
Do you use eco-friendly and sustainable practices?
Yes. We favour New Zealand natives and climate-appropriate exotic species that need less water and fewer inputs once established. We compost green waste where practical, use slow-release organic fertilisers, and design planting that supports biodiversity. We are happy to discuss sustainability priorities with you during the design process.
How long does a typical landscaping project take?
A standard residential garden build, from first quote to completion, usually takes four to ten weeks depending on size, complexity, and the time of year. Larger projects with consent requirements or significant earthworks take longer. We give you a realistic timeline before work starts and keep you updated if anything changes.
Can I book a one-off tidy-up, or do I need to sign up for a maintenance plan?
Both are available. We do take one-off bookings for garden tidy-ups, pre-sale preparation, and seasonal blitzes. Clients on regular maintenance plans get priority scheduling and a fixed rate. If you are unsure which suits you, have a look at our Garden Maintenance Plans page or just give us a call.
